Prototype for sensor data pipeline
Once this milestone is reached, we managed to run and present a fully automatic data pipline with the following steps:
- Put data into InfluxDB
- Pull data from InfluxDB to trigger SaQC
- Put data into STA (Level 1)
- Pull data from STA to trigger SaQC again with more advanced tests
- Monitor SaQC-flagging with IFU Flagging Monitor
- Publish data via STA (Level 2)
- Present pipeline to end user
